1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using innflow_ai, operated by InnCode Solutions, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service

innflow_ai generates draft social media content using AI, based on the project information you provide, and publishes approved posts to connected accounts (currently LinkedIn) on the schedule you choose. All AI-generated content requires your explicit approval before it is published — nothing goes out automatically without review, unless you configure and enable an auto-approval mode we make available in the future.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before approving it for publication.
• You must have the right to post on behalf of the LinkedIn account you connect.
• You agree not to use the service to generate or publish unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Third-party platforms

Publishing to LinkedIn is subject to LinkedIn’s own terms of service and API policies. We are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes against your account independently of our service.

5. Disclaimer

innflow_ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing it before publication.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
