1. Who we are
innflow_ai (“we”, “us”) is a social media content automation service operated by InnCode Solutions. This policy explains what data we collect when you use innflow_ai, how we use it, and how it’s protected.
2. What we collect
- Account information: the email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) you use to log in.
- Project settings: company name, website, brand voice, target audience, competitors, and posting preferences you enter to configure content generation.
- Social account tokens: when you connect LinkedIn, we store the OAuth access and refresh tokens LinkedIn issues, encrypted at rest, so we can publish posts on your behalf. We never see or store your LinkedIn password.
- Generated content: post text and images produced by the AI pipeline, along with their approval/publish status and scheduling times.
- Publish activity logs: a record of publish attempts, successes, and failures for auditing and troubleshooting.
3. How we use it
Your project settings are sent to third-party AI providers (currently DeepSeek for text and Google Gemini for images) solely to generate draft posts and images on your behalf. Your LinkedIn tokens are used only to publish posts you have explicitly approved, and to check publishing status. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Third-party services
We integrate with LinkedIn (for authentication and publishing) and AI providers (DeepSeek, Google Gemini) to generate content. Each is bound by its own privacy terms for the data we send them as part of generating your content.
5. Data security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. All traffic to innflow_ai is served over HTTPS. Access to production systems is restricted, and secrets are stored as environment variables rather than in the database or source code.
6. Your choices
You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from the Connect page, which revokes our ability to publish on your behalf. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.
